What is 3D Previs?
3D Previs is a presentation tool used widely in the entertainment industry to quickly "sketch out" a concept using 3D animation.
IN FEATURE ANIMATED FILMS, PREVIS CONVEYS TO DEPARTMENTS DOWNSTREAM A ROUGH MOVIE OF WHAT A SEQUENCE WILL LOOK LIKE IN ITS FINAL FORM. I work closely with the director, producer and editor to create dynamic action sequences, compose beautiful shots, and oftentimes to brainstorm new story ideas altogether.
